Job Title: Engineer

Work Location – Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Officer shall responsible for handling ship unloading operations, terminal operations, trouble shooting and release of plant equipment for maintenance in line with company maintenance philosophy.
  •  Ensures operational control through permit-to-work system.
  •  Ensures that all operating variables are maintained in accordance with the terminal SOP.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating of field related operation logs like pump log, chemical inventory registers.
  •  Responsible for taking immediate corrective action on noticing any deviations in the operational parameters while ensuring close communication with Shift in charge.
  • Responsible for collection and testing of product samples in laboratory as per the Quality policy and update the test results to Shift In-charge.
  • Ensures that the approved cavern evacuation plan is fully and efficiently implemented.
  • Responsible to ensure safe and efficient product discharge and transfer to the product receiving locations.
  •  Carries all other tasks assigned from time to time by the Shift-in-charge as per the business requirements.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Candidate must have 1st class degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical) from a recognized institution.

Experience: Candidates must have 2 years’ experience in similar role.
Experience in Oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.

Maximum Age:  28 Years.

Location: Candidate belonging to Visakhapatnam district only are eligible to apply. Proof of residence (either the candidate or their parents) issued by any authorised govt agency shall be reckoned for establishing nativity.

Other Skills: Candidate should have good communication skills, sound knowledge in domain fundamentals, exposure to adequate computer literacy and modern office working environment are
desirable.

  • Willingness to work in round-the clock shift duties is mandatory
