Job Title: Engineer

Work Location – Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Officer shall responsible for handling ship unloading operations, terminal operations, trouble shooting and release of plant equipment for maintenance in line with company maintenance philosophy.
  •  Ensures operational control through permit-to-work system.
  •  Ensures that all operating variables are maintained in accordance with the terminal SOP.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating of field related operation logs like pump log, chemical inventory registers.
  •  Responsible for taking immediate corrective action on noticing any deviations in the operational parameters while ensuring close communication with Shift in charge.
  • Responsible for collection and testing of product samples in laboratory as per the Quality policy and update the test results to Shift In-charge.
  • Ensures that the approved cavern evacuation plan is fully and efficiently implemented.
  • Responsible to ensure safe and efficient product discharge and transfer to the product receiving locations.
  •  Carries all other tasks assigned from time to time by the Shift-in-charge as per the business requirements.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Candidate must have 1st class degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical) from a recognized institution.

Experience: Fresh graduates or Engineers with 1 – 5 years experience in similar role.

Prior industrial experience will be an added advantage.

Maximum Age: Fresher – 25 Years & Experienced – 28 Years.

Other Skills: Candidate should have good communication skills, sound knowledge in domain fundamentals with good problem-solving ability.

Exposure to adequate computer literacy, word processing skills and modern office automation equipment is added advantage.

Other requirements:

  • Willingness to work in round-the clock shift duties is mandatory

Job Title: Field Operator

Work Location – Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for measuring all field related manual parameters in Terminal premises.
  • Responsible for assisting in lining up of Pumps/Pipelines for dispatch as well as receipt.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating all field log books such as pumping, piezometer readings, pressure cells readings, etc.,
  • Responsible for communicating immediately on noticing any abnormalities in the operational parameters.
  • Responsible to ensure safe duties delivered by all the contract workmen at their respective locations.
  • Responsible for maintaining the operating variables under the instructions of Shift In charge/ Engineers.
  • Ensure in the field that the permit to work system is strictly followed by the contractors as per procedure.
  • Responsible for ensuring all company HSE guidelines are strictly adhered in the area of responsibility.
  • Participating actively in emergency handling, fire drills and reporting near misses and anomalies.
  • Responsible to carry all other tasks assigned from time to time by the Shift In-Charge as per the Operational and maintenance requirements.

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • ITI (Mechanical / Fitter Trades) or Intermediate & above
  • 5 to 10 Years of LPG experience out of which minimum 5 years years shall be at a large LPG import terminal containing facilities like Jetty, unloading lines, blending activity handling high volumes of LPG.
  • Candidates engaged in cavern storage terminal shall be preferred.
  • Candidate shall be aged 40 years or below.
  • Willingness to work in round-the clock shift duties is mandatory
  • Writing/documenting skills would be added advantage.

Job Title: Company Secretary

Work Location – Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all Company Secretarial works of the company
  • Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGM)
  • Conduct board meetings, committee meeting , and AGM, take minutes, draft resolutions, and returns
  • Filing required forms, resolutions, and annual returns with ROC
  • Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory are up to date and approved in compliance with laws
  • Maintain statutory books, including minutes books, registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors
  • Understanding of various and critical provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and ensure compliance with all applicable laws

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Law or a related field
  • 4 to 10 Years of experience in a similar role
  •  Strong knowledge of Companies Act compliances
  •  LLB Qualification will be an added advantage
